They can be used with our oil based stains or our milk paint or even Fusion however, it is absolutely perfect for applying wax. (NB - when cleaning these brushes of the oil stains or the wax, you will need some odourless solvents aka mineral spirits to remove this from the bristles...those products cannot be cleaned with just soap and water.)
I recommend Fusions Brush Cleaner for cleanup and conditioning so this brush will last you a lifetime.
