Ecru is the perfect base for faux wood looks, not only does it have all the awesome properties of our Base & Blocker but the perfect shade to create a dozen or more different faux wood looks.
Use white underneath your whites and pastels. Use grey underneath your darks and brights! Ecru is also perfect under colours to brighten and enhance the depth.
